A group of 20 Delta Zetas - from collegiates to Golden Roses - and from across the Twin Cities (and beyond) enjoyed a lovely brunch at the Midland Hills Country Club in Roseville. Highlights of the gathering included an insightful update from Delta Zeta Foundation Vice-President Paula McQuillen, a touching presentation of a Golden Rose to Donna Philion in celebration of her 50 years of membership, awarding Yee Ling Mui with the Dedicated Delta Zeta Award, a raffle that raised $149.00 for the Gamma Scholarship fund, and the traditional Founders Day Ceremony. We all enjoyed re-connecting with long-time members, welcoming new ones and recommitting ourselves to the inspiring vision of our Founders!
Almost $400 raised for the Gamma Scholarship. Thank you Shelley Balfe , Holly Thompson , and Heather Brennan Dillon for your help during the sale. Thank you to Sylvia and John Kafkas for the use of their garage. And thank you to everyone who donated items for the sale.
Thank you to everyone who was able to come out and bowl with Delta Zeta on Saturday, May 16! It was a fantastic event! A special thank you to Lakeville Family Bowl for donating the bowling and hosting us for the evening! We were able to raise over $700 for the Gamma Scholarship!
