Gail Fokken Memorial
We are sad to announce the passing of Gail Fokken this week after a battle with
cancer. She was a large part of our chapter and the Theta Mu Alumnae Chapter at SCSU. If you would like to send a memorial, the exec board and closer sisters will decide how to best honor her. Here is the obituary and service information: Gail Fokken, age 45 of Chanhassen, MN, formally of Canby, MN, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2011 at the Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Funeral service will be at 10:30a.m. on Wednesday, September 7th at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Canby, MN with Pastor Janet Colby officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7p.m. on Tuesday, September 6th at the Birk Funeral Home in Canby with a prayer service at 6:30p.m.. Visitation will resume one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at the Canby City Cemetery.
